Chinesische Behörden bestätigen vollumfängliche Gültigkeit des SMARTRAC Wire-embedding Patents
SMARTRAC N.V., der führende Entwickler, Hersteller und Zulieferer von RFID Transpondern und Inlays, hat heute die vollumfängliche Gültigkeit und uneingeschränkte Bestätigung des SMARTRAC Patents CN 11 19 768 C durch das Chinesische Patent Re-examination Board (PRB) bekannt gegeben.

SMARTRAC Wire Embedding Patent Receives Full Validation by Chinese Authorities
SMARTRAC N.V., the leading developer, manufacturer, and supplier of RFID transponders and inlays, today announced full validity and unrestricted confirmation of its patent CN 11 19 768 C by the Chinese Patent Re-examination Board (PRB).

Diese werden mittels den unternehmenseigenen und patentierten Technologien „Palladium-Bumping“ und Drahtverlegetechnik (wire-embedding) hergestellt.
Die verringerte Inlay-Dicke von nur 200 μm wird erreicht, indem die RF-Antenne mit der unternehmenseigenen „Chip-Die- Bonding“-Technologie mit einem Chip-Verbindungsträger verbunden wird, der die allgemein übliche Chip-Modul-Technologie ersetzt.

These are produced using proprietary patented technologies „Palladium-Bumping“ and wire embedding technology.
The reduced inlay thickness of only 200 μm is achieved by bonding the RF antenna with the chip connecting part using the proprietary „Chip-Die-Bonding“ technology, replacing common Chip-Module technology.
