Eines Morgens lege ich mich an Deck hin, blicke zum Himmel empor und versuche, jede Zelle von mir einfach nur tun zu lassen, was mein Körper braucht, um mit dieser neuen Situation gut zurecht zu kommen.
Bereits eine halbe Stunde später fühle ich mich frisch und endlich wieder kraftvoller.
