Wenn uns eine Beratungsanfrage erreicht , setzen wir uns mit den Anfragenden zusammen , klären ihr Anliegen , die verfolgten Ziele , die direkte Zielgruppe , die erwarteten Ergebnisse und Wirkungen .
Teamintern diskutieren wir anschließend darüber und entscheiden gemeinsam mit dem IEP, ob wir den Antrag annehmen.

When we receive a request for advisory services, we sit down with the person or organisation making the request to clarify what they need, the objectives they wish to achieve, the direct target group and the anticipated results and impacts.
As a team, we then discuss the request and together with the IEP, we decide whether we will take it on.
