Die Injektion von BTA in das Nasenseptum wurde als nur gering unangenehm beurteilt ( VAS-Mittelwert 0,76 ).
Eine gute Symptomkontrolle wurde bei drei Patienten bzgl. der Rhinorrhoe und bei allen Patienten bzgl. der nasalen Obstruktion erzielt.
Der tägliche Taschentuchverbrauch betrug vor der BTA-Injektion 21,0, sank bei vier Patienten im Verlauf und betrug im Mittel 5,8 nach 14 Tagen.
